All Tolkien artists are invited to submit up to five items of artwork for display in the online Art Show which will form part of Oxonmoot Online. Should you wish to offer more items, please contact the Art Show Co-ordinator.

Please submit artwork as soon as possible to give us maximum time for preparation, but note that no artwork can be accepted after 08:00 UK time (UTC+1) on Saturday 12th September.

Please note the technical requirements for submissions:

• Images should be submitted in .png, .jpg, or .jpeg formats
• Files must be less than 2MB
• We recommend a file-size between 500kB and 2MB – saved as compressed high-quality jpg
• The image-width of large pieces of art should be about 1900 pixels.
• Images must be smaller than 5000 x 5000 pixels
