Oxonmoot 2023 - Art Show Submission

  • Introduction

    This form should be used to submit artwork for display in the Oxonmoot Art Show, whether you will only be showing it online or bringing the physical artwork to show in Oxford.
    Each Artist should submit no more than 5 works of art; each will need a new form. Should you wish to submit more than this, please contact the Art Show coordinator at art@oxonmoot.org.

    Please provide detail of the person submitting the artwork for display. This may be different from the Artist.

  • All artwork will be included in the online art show which will be on Kunstmatrix, and will run from the start of Oxonmoot until the end of October 2023.
    Please indicate here if you will also be bringing this artwork to Oxford for display in the physical art show at St Anne's.
  • Accepted file types: png, jpg, jpeg, Max. file size: 5 MB.
    We recommend a file-size between 500kB and 5MB - saved as compressed high-quality jpg. The image-width of large pieces of art should be about 1900px. Files must be less than 5MB. Allowed file types: png jpg jpeg. Images must be smaller than 5000x5000 pixels.
