The Call for Papers for Oxonmoot Online is now open.
The deadline for submissions is 08:00 UK time (UTC+1) on Saturday 18th July. We will inform you whether your paper has been accepted for the programme by Friday 31st July.
Papers should be 20 minutes maximum in length (with a further 10 minutes allowed for questions): it is expected that the material is suitable for oral presentation (with the option of accompanying Powerpoint); you should avoid ‘reading’ from a script.
Longer talks (e.g. art- or artefact- based) should be discussed by email with the Talks and Papers Co-ordinator.
As a global event, we recognise the challenge of accommodating papers from around many time zones. We will do our best to schedule the papers we accept in a manner which is sympathetic to your time zone, and may discuss options with you depending on the submissions we receive.
In order to be as accessible as possible to the majority of delegates, papers should be presented in English, which will be the main language of the event as a whole, although we anticipate that some social spaces and other activities will make use of other languages.
All presenters must be registered delegates at Oxonmoot Online. Click here to Book.
Should you have any questions or need any further information, please contact the Talks and Papers Coordinator.
