Alongside the programme of talks and papers, and the keynote events, we want to create a wide ranging programme of activities and events for our delegates.
We welcome any offers to run events. Some ideas could include…
- A group discussion on a topic of your choice
- A social space for members to “hang out”, possibly in a particular language, at a time suitable to your time-zone, or “themed” in some way
- A craft activity for people to join in, or a demonstration or “master-class”
- Or anything else you can imagine which might work as part of a virtual event
We can support you in thinking about how to “realise” your idea – so don’t worry about that – but we do need you to step forward to lead the event on the day.
All proposals should be submitted by 08:00 UK time on Saturday 15th August.
The language of Oxonmoot Online as a whole will be English, but we welcome offers for events and activities in other languages to make the event as accessible as possible to our global membership.
We will seek to schedule events and activities in a way which is sympathetic to the nature of the event and the time-zone from which you will be leading it. We may discuss timing directly with you depending on the proposals we get.
Everyone who leads an activity must be a registered delegate at Oxonmoot Online. Click here to Book.
Should you have any questions or need any further information, please contact the Co-Chairs.
