Oxonmoot 2023 - Call for Activities

  • Introduction

    This form should be used to offer any activity (other than a talk or paper) to form part of the programme at Oxonmoot 2023. Activities could include workshops, demonstrations, discussions, physical activities, films & videos, social activities or any other event you would like to contribute to the programme.
    Submissions for Talks and Papers should be made via the specific Call for Papers form linked from the event website.

  • About You

  • The name you will be using at the event (if not your real name)
  • Please indicate your intended mode of participation. In the event that we are unable to hold an in-person element to Oxonmoot, or travel restrictions prevent those people travelling to Oxford, we will contact those who have indicated an intention to lead an activity in person and discuss whether it can be run as an online only activity
  • To help with scheduling the programme, please indicate the time zone from where you will lead the activity if it is led online. If you have indicated an intention to lead it in person in Oxford, please give your home time zone in this box in case we have to move your activity online. Please select the correct time zone for September.
  • The main language of the event will be English, but we are happy to schedule events and activities in other languages to cater for all our delegates.
  • Please provide a brief biography which we can publish in the event programme.
  • Should your contribution be accepted, we would like to use your profile picture in the event programme. Should you for any reason not wish to use a photograph of yourself in the programme, please provide an alternative image representative of yourself or your paper.
    Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, Max. file size: 10 MB.

  • About Your Contribution

    Please provide as much information as you can about your activity. If necessary, we will email you for further information and to discuss the best way to include your item in the programme.
  • Please indicate the approximate duration of the event.
  • Please indicate the approximate number of people who could be involved in the activity.
    Please enter a number from 0 to 50.
  • To be published in the event programme. Please write it with this in mind.
  • Please detail any equipment or technical capability required for your activity
