The Bodleian Library has confirmed that, as part of its Tolkien: Maker of Middle-earth exhibition, J.R.R. Tolkien’s Father Christmas Letters will be put on display.

Amazon have today announced that they will be creating a new television series based on J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-earth.

Following the announcement in July that Finnish director Dome Karukoski will direct a biopic of J.R.R. Tolkien, there have been a flurry a news stories announcing developments in the film.
