Cineworld, the UK’s second-largest cinema chain, has announced that they are going to hosting a Hobbit film trilogy marathon starting on the evening of the 11th December concluding with the final film, The Battle of the Five Armies, in the early hours of the 12th December.

In a YouTube video, Ian McKellen (Gandalf), Richard Armitage (Thorin), Martin Freeman (Bilbo), Luke Evans (Bard) and Orlando Bloom (Legolas) have announced that the world première of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies will take place at Leicester Square in London on Monday 1st December.

Chairman of the Tolkien Society, Shaun Gunner, along with three other members will be in attendance at the World Première of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies this evening in Leicester Square. For media requests, please contact our Publicity Officer.
