Mallorn is looking for contributions from you

The Tolkien Society’s journal, Mallorn, is looking for contributions in its forthcoming edition, due out at Christmas 2017.

Mallorn is the annual journal of the Tolkien Society, published continuously since 1970. Mallorn publishes articles and reviews from across the world of Tolkien, and we take pride in the quality of the articles published. As a charity, part of the Society’s aim is to promote research into the life and works of J.R.R. Tolkien – Mallorn is a key mechanism for the Society to do that.

All articles that are submitted to Mallorn are peer-reviewed by a team to ensure their quality. Previous contributors to Mallorn include: J.R.R. Tolkien, Priscilla Tolkien, Christopher Tolkien, Michael Tolkien, Douglas A. Anderson, Dimitra Fimi, John Garth, Wayne G. Hammond, Ted Nasmith, John Rateliff, Christina Scull, Tom Shippey and Brian Sibley.

If you would like to submit an article, or have a chat about a submission with the editor, please contact Ro Haddon via our contact page or by emailing mallorn [at] tolkiensociety [dot] org
