Last year’s after-dinner speech was delivered by Alan Lee

Bookings are now open for The Tolkien Society’s Annual Dinner, which will take place on Saturday 22nd April as part of our Springmoot and AGM in Warwick. Book now!

About the Annual Dinner

The semi-formal Annual Dinner has been held annually since 1972 and we invite a Guest of Honour to deliver an after-dinner speech. The dinner takes place immediately following our AGM, and previous speakers include Priscilla and Michael Tolkien, Tom Shippey, Ted Nasmith, Alan Lee and John Garth.

This year’s speaker is yet to be confirmed, but the dinner itself will take place at 18:30 on Saturday 22nd April at the Warwick Arms Hotel. Look out for news on our Guest of Honour, but in the meantime you can book the meal using the form below.
