Man builds Doors of Durin in his house

Tolkien’s drawing of the Doors of Durin in The Fellowship of the Ring, recreated in the films, is a well-known scene in The Lord of the Rings – now imagine building it in your own home.

Reddit user Eclipse_007 has created such a door. Made out of plywood and full of LEDs, the door is motion sensitive but he is working on a voice recognition system where it responds to “Mellon”.

Original Story: This guy built a working Mines Of Moria entrance in his house
