Tolkien Society Seminar 2008: Roehampton
"Freedom, Fate and Choice in Middle-earth"
The 2008 Seminar took place on Saturday 28th June at Parkstead House, in the grounds of Whitelands College, Roehampton University, London. At the end of the papers there was a general discussion session at the end on the Seminar's theme of "Freedom, Fate and Choice in Middle-earth".
The day's papers were:

- "Freedom, Fate, and the Hubris of Evil: Tolkien's The Children of Húrin"- O.Schick
At present the papers are being collected for a forthcoming proceedings booklet in the Peter Roe series.
