Stewards

Oxonmoot is run entirely by volunteers, and the more people there are to help, the more time everyone has to enjoy themselves. Stewarding is not difficult, and includes: setting up, taking down, minding displays, fetching and carrying. First-timers often find it a good way of getting to know people.

As far as possible, you will be asked to steward at an event you wish to attend anyway (your entry will be guaranteed!)
