Stewards

Oxonmoot is run entirely by volunteers, and the more people there are to help, the more time everyone has to enjoy themselves. Stewarding is not difficult, and includes: setting up, taking down, minding displays, fetching and carrying. First-timers often find it a good way of getting to know people, and just one hour of your time will be rewarded by a free drink!

As far as possible, you will be asked to steward at an event you wish to attend anyway (your entry will be guaranteed!)

Please be aware that the Tolkien Society is run by volunteers in their spare time. Demands of work or limited spare time mean that response times may be up to 21 days in some cases.
