Registration Rates
There is no deadline for registering for The Return of the Ring; registration can even be bought on arrival at Loughborough, although we wouldn’t recommend it in order to avoid lengthy queues. The registration rates are as follows:

Day Registration
If you can only attend for one or two days, you can take advantage of our day registration rates:

If you want to bring a babe-in-arms (under-5) for the day, please book them as a full attendee for the weekend - it’s only £1!
Please note: Day registration does not entitle attendees to Charlie Ross’s ‘One Man LOTR’ performance - this is only available to those people with full registration.
Concessions
Concessionary rate applies to those people who are, at the time of their booking, pensioners, schoolchildren and students in full-time education.
Accommodation
Acommodation bookings are no longer available as the deadline has now passed. However, you can still book accommodation throuhgh the University directly.
Loughborough University (Imago) offers a range of on campus accommodation choices, including executive doubles and suites at their Burleigh Court facility. You can view these choices at www.welcometoimago.com/conference-venues/burleigh-court/bedrooms
Imago also runs the Link Hotel, which is a short walk north of the campus. Double, twin, family rooms and suites are all available. More information available at www.linkhotelloughborough.co.uk. Please use the following codes when booking: The Link 119163; Burleigh Court 83981.
Both The Link and Burleigh Court are hotels operated by Loughborough University who have no obligation to hold rooms available for attendees; we advise attendees to phone The Link or Burleigh Court on 01509 228140 if you have any questions.
