Advance registration is now closed. It is still possible to attend Tolkien 2005, but you must pay on the door. On the Door Rates are available here.

Registration Types

These are the different types of Registration that we offer:

None: for people who have already registered and who now wish to book accommodation. If you have not already booked and you choose this option we will not process your booking or your payment.
Adult: aged 16 years or more at the start of the conference. They will be entitled to attend any standard conference events, including any payment extra events that they have paid for. We will expect for those between the ages of 16 and 18 years at the start of the conference that there will be an adult over the age of 18 attending who will be responsible for them, but we will not expect them to be supervised.
Junior: aged under 16 years at the start of the conference. They will be entitled to attend all the daytime standard conference events, including any payment extra events that they have paid for. They should be attending as part of a party which includes at least one adult. We expect that they will be supervised by an adult from their party at all times.
Child: aged under 10 years at the start of the conference. They will not receive any Progress Reports or other publications. They should be attending as part of a party which includes at least one adult. We expect that they will be supervised by an adult from their party at all times. If you believe that your child will wish to participate more than this please register them as a Junior.
Supporting: you receive all publications but are not entitled to attend. Usually for people who are not sure if they are able to attend until nearer the time. Supporting registration can be upgraded at any time. This is done by paying the difference between the current Supporting rate and the required rate; this will frequently be less expensive (and never more expensive) than registering in full at the later time.
