Please note the following points:

We will only be accepting payment in Sterling during the conference.
Ages are those at the start of the conference.
Supporting Registration
We will not be offering on-the-door Supporting Registration. The supporting rate is quoted purely to facilitate the upgrade to attending registration. Supporting Registration may be upgraded at anytime by paying the difference between the current supporting and the appropriate attending rates.
These rates do not include accommodation, which must be pre-booked.
There is no reduction for membership of a Participating Society.

If you buy a single day place and then wish to upgrade to the whole event we will charge you the difference between the Whole Event rate and the Day Rate. This offer does not apply to the child rate which is £1.00 regardless as this covers the cost of the badge.

How to Register

Turn up at Aston University Main Building between 10am and 5pm on Thursday August 11 for a whole event ticket or between 9am and 10:30am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (August 12, 13 or 14) for a day ticket. Ask at Aston's Security desk and you will be directed to either our Registration Desk or our Conference Office. (Aston's Security desk is located inside the Main Building on the Lower Ground floor; the main entrance to the building is on the Lower Ground floor.)

Since we reserve the right to close both the Registration Desk and the Conference Office at any time you may be directed to come back at another time; however, we will endeavour to take your money and give you a badge!
