How to Order

The Tolkien 2005 Proceedings is initially only available through Tolkien Society Trading Ltd. (the trading arm of the Tolkien Society).

It can be ordered on-line here, or it can be ordered by mail order at the address below. Please note that we cannot accept cheques for orders made on-line.

It will be possible to collect at future Tolkien Society events, but please email us in advance so that we can make sure copies will be available.

Price & Payment

These prices are for payment by cheque, bank draft, postal order or electronic transfer from a UK bank and include postage. This is the cheapest way to pay.

Cheques by post

Cheques, bank drafts or postal orders should be made payable toTolkien Society Trading.
US dollar checks should be made payable toThe Tolkien Society. Cheques and bank drafts in British pounds must be payable through a UK bank (including Isle of Man or Channel Islands banks). Cheques or bank drafts in US dollars must be payable through a USA bank.

If you want to pay by cheque or bank draft in a currency other than British Pounds or US Dollars then add GBP 12.00 to the prices above to cover the charges made by our bank before converting them to your local currency.

If you want to pay by electronic transfer from outside the UK add GBP 1.00 to the prices above, you will need to instruct your bank that you will meet all charges levied by your bank and any intermediate bank and instruct them to make the payment in British Pounds
