Dealers' Room

The Dealers' Room is large and plenty of tables have been arranged for Dealers to set up and offer their goods and wares. These tables are available to Commercial Companies and Affiliated Organisations. Preference will be given to those who book tables for the whole period of the event, there is a discount for this and for booking multiple tables.

Payment must accompany Booking. We reserve the right to change the Dealers' Room rates; however, once paid the prices will not be changed.

The Dealers' Room will be open on all five days during specified times. Banking facilities exist on site.

All rates are for the whole event. If you wish to only attend for part of the event please contact the Dealers' Room Co-ordinator. Additional tables may also be requested; they will be allocated on a first come first served basis, please contact the Dealers' Room Co-ordinator.

Because of the current interest in Dealers' Tables we will be rationing tables and allocating them to create a balanced mix of products and dealers.

Definitions

Commercial Companies Are companies whose prime purpose is to make a profit, for their owners or shareholders. They will normally employ staff and own premises.

Affiliated Organisations Are smaller organisations who have a close link with the Tolkien 2005 event or one or more of the Participation Programme member societies. Such organisations will normally have a very strong fan element in their approach.

The Dealers' Room Co-ordinator reserves the right to define any company or organisation into whichever category he sees fit and his decision is final.

Dealers' Registration Package

In recognition of the fact that Dealers' get a reduced opportunity to go to events during the conference we are offering reduced price registration. This discount is offered to attending registrations made at the same time as Dealers' tables being booked.
